Jerry Petzold
What about Jerry?
I grew up in Northlake, Illinois, but let’s not hold that against
me. After college, the company I worked for moved me to Sheboygan. This
has been a great place to live and raise a family. I have lived here
for over 29 years, and along with my wife have raised two children, now
grown and on their own.
Education: Triton Jr. College, Eastern Illinois University,
American Home Inspectors Training Institute
State of Wisconsin Licensed Home Inspector: License number 1834-106
Member: National Association of Home Inspectors (www.nahi.org)
Work Experience:
Insurance claims adjuster: learned the construction of a house and its complexities
from the basement to the roof, necessary information to accurately estimate
the cost to rebuild or repair a house if it was damaged or destroyed.
Sales manager: Worked in the housing industry with a company that made
custom tooling for the construction industry. I dealt with many contractors
in the area to meet their tooling needs.
Contractor sales manager: Worked with contractors in the local area
to ensure they had all the building materials needed to finish their
home construction.
Completely remodeled my almost 100-year-old house from the ground floor
up to the attic, including window and door replacements, dry walling,
wainscoting, tiling, and insulating the complete house.
The above experiences have given me the knowledge and skills to inspect
your home. My goal is to give you peace of mind when purchasing or selling
your home.
