A home inspection is a thorough, in-depth visual examination of the structure and operating components of a home.

A: You are encouraged to attend, observe and ask questions.  The inspection is for your benefit.  Specific concerns can be addressed immediately a the time of the inspection.

How long does the inspection take?
A: Average time is approximately 2-3 hours.

: Does the inspection carry a warranty?
A: No.  It is an opinion of the condition of the home at the time of the inspection.
